The Ninja Zone is an all new discipline inspired from Obstacle Course Training, Gymnastics, Street Dance, & Martial Arts. These classes cater to gymnasts of different abilities with an emphasis on increasing skill level in a positive and fun atmosphere. These classes focus on basic to advanced gymnastic skills on Vault, Parallel Bars, Pommel Horse, High Bar, Rings, and Floor
